Just a bluff…

What a crazy week. But, things started moving in the right direction last night. Greg and I have been playing the free poker tournaments pretty regularly for the last 2 months or so. We try to play once a week. We’ve both played good and we’ve both had our bad nights.

Well, last night we attended a game which has a lot of great players. I would say there was about 50 or 60 players there. To make a long story short, I came in second place - which is awesome!! It’s so hard to make it to the last 10 players because everyone is pretty good in their own right. But, last night just was a good night for me. I played strong and smart.

I personally think I had a good chance of winning the entire thing. But, my opponent caught me on a small bluff. I pushed all in with just a pair of 6’s. He had a pair of J’s.

It was a good night. A lot of fun!
